Who the service is for
One-time inboxes, permanent forwarding aliases, 30-day archives, and a secure dashboard.
Effective date: August 25, 2026
By using Hide, you accept the rules below. We want to keep the tool lightweight, but privacy is no excuse for harassment, fraud, or disrupting other people’s systems.
One-time inboxes, permanent forwarding aliases, 30-day archives, and a secure dashboard.
Use addresses lawfully, protect your access tokens, and never use the service to impersonate or harm others.
We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise that every external email will arrive or remain stored forever.
Email support@hidesend.com first, with enough factual and timing information to investigate.
| Item | Service commitment | Limitations |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary inbox | Provides a random address and web inbox during its active period | We do not guarantee that third parties will accept temporary domains; temporary inboxes are not suitable for long-term credentials |
| Permanent forwarding | Attempts to forward incoming mail according to alias status and records delivery results | Delays, rejections, or filtering by external email networks are beyond our complete control |
| Web archive | Typically provides records from the past 30 days | Not a backup service; large attachments may not be retained |
| Account security | Offers code-based login and optional two-step verification | You remain responsible for protecting your destination mailbox, devices, and one-time codes |
By accessing the service, creating an inbox, or using permanent forwarding, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be old enough and legally capable under the laws where you live to enter into this type of agreement independently. If you reject any rule, stop using the service and delete any saved addresses or account information.
Hide provides short-term email inboxes without registration, plus permanent forwarding aliases that require email-code login. The forwarding dashboard may also offer delivery archives, spam marking, retry on failure, and two-step verification.
Features have different lifecycles. The countdowns, retention periods, and quotas shown on the page are the current service parameters. We may adjust them for security, capacity, or compliance, but we will not describe a temporary tool as a permanent storage service.
Temporary addresses expire at the time shown on the page and may be reclaimed afterward. Anyone holding the correct token or accessing the current browser may be able to read the associated messages, so protect the token like a temporary password.
Do not use a temporary address for accounts, financial notices, medical information, or legal documents that you may need to recover long term. Interruptions caused by address expiration, cleared browser data, or third-party rejection do not require us to restore messages.
A forwarding account is identified by the destination mailbox where you can receive verification codes; the first verification may create an account automatically. You are responsible for ensuring that mailbox belongs to you or that you are legally authorized to use it, and for protecting the mailbox account, sessions, and two-step verification keys.
If you discover unauthorized access, immediately pause the relevant aliases, sign out of your sessions, and contact support. We may require you to verify your identity again and will not transfer an account to another party based solely on claims we cannot verify.
You may use the service to reduce spam, separate registration identities, test email workflows you control, and manage public contact. Every use must comply with applicable law, third-party platform rules, and the lawful rights of others.
Automated requests must remain at a reasonable frequency and must not bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls. If you need testing beyond ordinary personal use, contact support first to confirm that the service is suitable.
You may not use addresses for fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, stalking or harassment, illegal transactions, copyright infringement, or evading platform enforcement. You also may not use multiple addresses for bulk registration, manipulating activities, bypassing trial limits, or impersonating individuals or organizations.
Do not probe non-public interfaces, interfere with networks, exhaust resources, bypass authentication, or attempt to read an inbox that is not yours. Good-faith security research requires prior authorization and must not create actual risk under the guise of public disclosure.
Senders and recipients are responsible for email content. Hide does not endorse, edit, or guarantee its accuracy. We may use automated rules to identify spam, malicious files, and unusual delivery patterns, but filters may produce false positives or miss harmful content.
Whether a third-party website accepts temporary addresses, sends verification codes, or handles your registration is decided by that third party. Disputes with third-party services must be addressed with the relevant provider; Hide cannot restore accounts or change their rules.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for any particular purpose. Network failures, email-provider policies, maintenance, security incidents, or events beyond our control may cause delays, loss, or temporary suspension.
We may repair, replace, or discontinue a feature and will provide prominent notice when reasonably practicable. Emergency security measures may be taken without advance notice because delay could increase harm to users or infrastructure.
If credible evidence indicates that an account, address, or request violates these Terms, threatens the service, or triggers a legal requirement, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant access. Action may apply to an individual alias, session, account, network source, or any other necessary scope.
When risks permit, we will provide an explanation or appeal channel. Details may be limited when needed for an investigation, to prevent evasion, or when disclosure is legally prohibited. You may stop using a temporary address, delete an alias, or request closure of a forwarding account at any time.
Features currently labeled free on the page may be used within their published quotas, but this does not mean every feature will remain free forever. If paid plans are introduced, we will show the price, billing period, and key limits before any charge and will not charge you merely for viewing the page.
If paid features have separate order terms, those terms shown at checkout apply. Taxes, bank charges, or exchange-rate differences payable by law are not part of the basic service price commitment.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You should maintain reliable recovery options for important accounts and back up content you need to retain long term.
Hide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Where the law does not allow full exclusion, liability is limited to the lowest reasonable amount directly related to the event and permitted by law; this exclusion does not apply to intentional misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms when features, risks, or laws change and will update the date at the top of the page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its original intent.
Please send questions, abuse reports, or dispute notices to support@hidesend.com. Reports should include the addresses involved, timestamps, a description of the conduct, and verifiable evidence. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or complete verification codes.
